ClinCapture is a VC-backed, digital health startup located in San Francisco. 

We are focused on the eClinical space, Electronic Data Capture (EDC) and electronic Patient Reported Outcomes (ePRO).

At ClinCapture, our mission is to build "software that saves lives." Our technology lowers the cost of clinical research by accelerating clinical study workflows, while providing a platform that protects patient privacy. ClinCapture advances the evaluation and development of new medicinesmedical devices, and molecular and gene sequencing diagnostics which demonstrate promise for a wide range of medical conditions. 

Onsite hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30AM - 5:30PM at the ClinCapture office at 1428 Bush Street and periodic events

Office structure: We have an open office environment with 4000 sq ft of natural light!

Compensation: based on experience, up to $120K on-target-earnings (OTE), plus benefits, paid time off, company health plan, 401k, etc.

Role : 

We’re looking for a Sales Engineer who possesses strong technical and sales skills, preferably with experience in eClinical or EDC. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product demos and align customer needs with the value of ClinCapture EDC solution
  • Successfully transition prospects into customers
  • Support our sales team by serving as the technical lead and owner of technical deal strategy
  • Identify and uncover customer business goals, needs, and pains. Communicate findings to Product, Engineering, Marketing and Sales
  • Provide customer solutions for support escalations and give constructive feedback for product development
  • Respond to RFIs/RFPs
  • Prepare sales materials including PowerPoint presentations, web presentations, software demonstrations, etc.

Skills:

  • Technical expertise  in eClinical or EDC a plus
  • Securing the “technical close” in complex solutions
  • Strong phone presence

 Requirements:

  • 3+ years of demonstrated success in a customer-facing technical role 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience in the software industry, particularly Software as a Service
  • Experience in eClinical Systems and/or clinical trials
